At FOMO Finds, all sales are final. Due to the nature of our products and fulfillment process, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations after an order has been placed.

Returns

We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect product selection
  • Buyer’s remorse
  • Items that have been opened, used, or damaged after delivery

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [your email address]. Include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

We will review your claim and, if approved, provide a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Lost Packages

We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package is lost in transit, contact us and we will work with the shipping carrier to investigate.

Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback for a delivered order without first contacting us may result in your claim being disputed with evidence of delivery and order fulfillment.
