At FOMO Finds, we work with trusted third-party suppliers and fulfillment partners to deliver products directly to our customers.


Order Processing


Orders are typically processed within 1–5 business days after payment is received. Processing times may be longer during holidays, promotions, or periods of high order volume.


Shipping Times


Estimated delivery times vary depending on the destination and supplier location:


  • United States: 7–20 business days
  • Canada: 10–25 business days

Third-Party Fulfillment


Products sold by FOMO Finds may be shipped directly from third-party warehouses, manufacturers, or suppliers. As a result:


  • Orders containing multiple items may arrive in separate packages.
  • Tracking information may take several days to update.
  • Delivery times may vary between products.


Shipping Delays


FOMO Finds is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:


  • Customs processing
  • Carrier disruptions
  • Severe weather
  • Holidays
  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
  • Other circumstances beyond our reasonable control


Incorrect Addresses


Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address may be subject to additional shipping charges before reshipment.


Lost or Stolen Packages


Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, FOMO Finds is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. If your tracking information shows your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly and notify us so we can assist where possible.
